Liberal Democrats have hit out at the Tory-run county council spending at least £60,000 on new boundary signs as you enter the county.

Lib Dem Resources spokesperson Cllr Malcolm Cowan said:

Lib Dems Condemn ‘Pitiful’ Cuts in Carbon Emissions at County Hall

After a recent meeting at county hall, the Liberal Democrats have investigated the county’s carbon emissions targets.

Figures show that the much publicised attempts by the Conservative Administration at County Hall to cut emissions have produced negligible savings, indicating that they are paying lip service to the environment

All Salted for Residents of Sheltered Housing Scheme

Cllr Robin Parker (Chells) provided £500 out of his locality budget in order to place a grit bin at Ross Court, Chells, Stevenage

After the housing association were unable to provide this for its residents, Cllr Parker put his hands in the pockets of his locality budget to provide this.
