Biography
I manage the photographic archive for a large UK newspaper group. My work has led me to collaborate on a number of books ranging in subject matter from Football to the The Cold War. I have lived in Stevenage for the past 38 years, firstly in St Nicholas and at present in Chells Manor.
My interest in politics was first sparked in 1981 by the formation of the SDP becoming a member of the party in 1983, and helped in the 83 and 87 election campaigns for Ben Stoneham. I was elected as a councillor for the Liberal Democrats for the Manor Ward in May 2010.
I have a keen interest in the environment and the need to reduce our carbon footprint. Other interests are photography, hiking, jogging, rugby and reading.
